Leadership and Student Involvement, housed in the Division of Student Affairs, is focused on creating Instagrammable moments and developing the whole student through experiential learning opportunities.

LSI is a collaborative unit of some of the strongest teams at TCU, working every day to create the most dynamic student experience on any college campus.
Our teams include Frog Camp and the First-Year Experience, Service Learning, Leadership and Experiential Learning, University Unions, Student Activities, and Student Organizations.

The Coordinator of Student Involvement helps administer a comprehensive activities program for TCU. The Coordinator will work with Student Involvement & Traditions staff members and graduate assistants to develop and implement timely, effective student programs.

The Assistant Director of Leadership & Experiential Learning is responsible for coordinating leadership and community engagement events, programs, and projects that integrate experiential learning theory into the involvement experience through reflection, thought, and action.
