What is an Orientation Leader?
Orientation Leaders are student leaders who serve as guides, mentors, and ambassadors for TCU. They lead small group conversations, assist with large-scale orientation programs, answer questions, and help students and families navigate campus resources. Through their leadership and presence, Orientation Leaders help create an inclusive environment where new Horned Frogs can see themselves thriving at TCU.
Orientation Leaders complete a comprehensive training experience during the spring and summer to prepare for the role. Training focuses on communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and supporting others through change. Beyond orientation, these skills translate to leadership opportunities across campus and professional settings, making this experience both impactful and practical.
