Orientation Team
Are you looking for a way to get more involved at TCU, grow as a leader, and make a lasting impact on the Horned Frog community? Then this is the opportunity for you.
New Student & Family Programs is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and compassionate students to serve as Orientation Leaders during the summer months. As an Orientation Leader, you will help welcome new Horned Frogs and their supporters to campus, guiding them through the excitement of beginning their TCU journey. Orientation Leaders play a vital role in shaping each student’s transition to TCU and creating a community where every Horned Frog feels like they belong.
What is an Orientation Leader?
Orientation Leaders are trusted student leaders who serve as guides, mentors, and role models for new students and their families. They provide direction and reassurance, lead group discussions, assist with large and small orientation events, and help each participant feel confident and connected to campus life. Orientation Leaders embody TCU’s spirit of care and inclusion, helping new students find both their place and their people within the Horned Frog community.
To prepare for this important role, Orientation Leaders complete a comprehensive training experience during the spring and summer. Through this process, they develop strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills while learning how to support others through moments of change and growth.
