Frog Camp Facilitator Team

Consider spending a part of your summer with Frog Camp as a Frog Camp Facilitator! Frog Camp is an extended orientation program that welcomes new students into the TCU Horned Frog community. Each camp is unique, but at every camp you have the opportunity to make new friends, have a lot of fun, and make a lasting impact on new students as they prepare for life at TCU.

We are looking for intentional, genuine, and dedicated student leaders to assist us in welcoming the incoming class to TCU. As student leaders, you fill an important role in mentoring and guiding our new Horned Frogs. If you are interested in a leadership position where you will be working with new students, faculty, staff, and other passionate student leaders, then you’re in the right place!

What is a Frog Camp Facilitator?

Frog Camp Facilitators are leaders who help guide student participants through our Frog Camp extended orientation program. As a Frog Camp Facilitator, you’ll co-lead a group of 10-15 incoming students through engaging activities and small group discussions in order to foster connections and help new students transition smoothly into college life. You’ll work alongside faculty, staff, and student leaders, gaining invaluable leadership experience and teamwork skills.

Being a Frog Camp Facilitator is a volunteer position in which you will work anywhere from 1 to 3 camps a summer based on your availability. Facilitators must attend the camp(s) they are assigned in full including training days prior to camp.
